- Usage data: credit usage, mode and language selections, and similar operational metrics needed to run the Service.
- Payment data: handled through secure SSL checkout by our payment processor, Creem. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Content you submit: text you send for humanizing or detection is processed to deliver the Service. We do not keep a permanent archive of all submissions.
3. History retention
For your convenience, recent activity may be shown in your account for up to seven (7) days. After that period, that history is removed from your account view and is not retained as a long-term archive. We do not sell your writing content.

- Process one-time purchases and track credit balances
- Send important service or account messages
- Comply with applicable law

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. We do not store sensitive payment credentials on our side. No online service can promise perfect security, and you use the Service understanding that residual risk remains.
8. Your choices and account deletion
You may request access to or correction of account information, and you may request account deletion by contacting us. When a deletion request is confirmed, we will delete or de-identify personal account data we control, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for example, payment records held by our payment processor).

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
