1. Agreement
By accessing or using Pure Humanizer ("the Service"), creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Pure Humanizer provides AI text humanizing and AI detection features. Features, limits, languages, and modes may change as we improve the Service. Results can vary by input, detector, and model updates outside our control.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You may sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email. We do not use passwords. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Plans, credits, and payments
- Standard mode may be available free within published limits.
- Paid offerings are one-time purchases of credits or access (for example Starter, Professional, and Unlimited), completed through a secure SSL checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Creem.
- Credit packs do not expire unless we state otherwise at checkout. Unlimited access, where offered, lasts for the period stated at purchase.
- One-time purchases are generally final. See our Refund Policy for details, including how we handle proven billing errors.
5. Content and history
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service. Recent history may be available in your account for up to seven (7) days and is then removed from that view. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of work you need longer.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
- Abuse rate limits, automation, or access controls
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Submit content you do not have the right to process
You are solely responsible for how you use outputs, including academic or professional integrity requirements that apply to you.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Pure Humanizer or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that any output will achieve a particular score on any detector. Detector systems change frequently, and results may vary.
Pure Humanizer is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any AI detector provider. Mentions of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Turnitin, Pangram, and similar tools are for compatibility description only. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Humanizer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
10. Account deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting us. We will process verified requests and remove personal account data we control, subject to limited retention required for legal, tax, security, or accounting purposes.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
